Dr. William Woo
Dr. Woo is proud to have called Edmonton his home for his entire life. He comes from a family of all boys and is the youngest of five. Only one of his brothers actually lives in the city with the others being located in Calgary, Toronto and as far away as Hong Kong. His family is an integral part of his life and nothing brings him more joy then when he is with his 3 nephews and 1 niece. Although they don't live in Edmonton, Dr. Woo takes every possible opportunity to visit them.
He is a product of the Edmonton education system. He was a member of the second class to attend Mandarin Bilingual School at Kildare Elementary School. He continued his bilingual studies through Ottewell Junior High and McNally High School. He recently graduated from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry and attained Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery Degrees. Through his education and ethnic background, Dr. Woo is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Tai-San and of course English.

This year marks an important step in Dr. Woo's life as he is currently engaged and will be getting married on August 13th, 2005. His wife to be, Yelynn, is our receptionist at Riverbend Square Dental Centre. So if you have a chance to visit the office this year, wish the happy couple the best of luck!
Patient care has always been Dr. Woo's first priority. He understands that every patient is unique and will require specific treatment while always upholding the highest standards of care. He believes that good oral hygiene is essential to an overall healthy lifestyle.
