Dr. Herbert Woo has just joined the Riverbend Square Dental Center.

Dr. Woo was born and raised in Edmonton. He attended Brookside Elementary School and Riverbend Junior High School. He was a graduate of the International Baccalaureate program from Harry Ainlay Composite High School. Subsequently, Dr. Woo enrolled in the Honors in Physiology program at the University of Alberta. He then studied Dentistry at the University of Alberta in the first fully integrated Medicine and Dentistry program.

Dr. Woo has received both a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Alberta. After graduation, Dr. Woo became a pre-clinical lab instructor of first year operative dentistry and second year periodontics at the University.

During his studies at the U of A, Dr. Woo was a member of the University of Alberta Varsity Gymnastics Team. He has completed grade 10 of the Royal Conservatory of Music program for piano. When not busy working, Dr. Woo relaxes by catching the latest movie, playing basketball, working out, snowboarding, shopping, and travelling. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family but most of all he focuses on trying to keep his girlfriend happy.

Dr. Herbert Woo believes in gentle and compassionate care for his patients. He strives to deliver quality dental work and is dedicated to meticulous detail. His goal is to provide a friendly and comfortable environment for thorough, successful treatment.
